Verdict:Salesloft publishes no prices; its pricing page only offers a call with sales, so a first step is to ask what you currently pay per seat. It is a sales engagement platform for teams, with cadences, calling, analytics and now forecasting after the Clari tie-in on its site, and none of the options here match that breadth. What they do match is the email sequencing, which is what many reps use daily. Apollo.io has a free plan that combines a lead database with sequences, which makes it the natural first test, though free sending is restricted to Gmail. Hunter and Snov.io pair a finder with campaigns at about $30 a month. Mixmax and Saleshandy are narrower: Mixmax lives in Gmail, Saleshandy is aimed at cold email across many mailboxes. The cost of leaving is management visibility. Salesloft gives managers rep-level reporting and coaching, whereas the cheaper tools show campaign stats. We did not test any of these against Salesloft's dialer or forecasting. Leave if you are a team of a few reps who mostly send email and have outgrown nothing; stay if managers rely on its call data and pipeline reports.

Salesloft today: See pricing page (Salesloft pricing, checked 2026-10-22).
Salesloft publishes no prices on its pricing page. The main call to action is Talk to Sales, and the page offers customized support for implementation, onboarding and optimization. Cost, plan packaging and any seat minimums are therefore only known after a sales conversation, which makes it hard to compare against tools that publish per-seat rates.
Compared with Salesloft: Free plan includes a lead database and sequences, though free sending works with Gmail only. Salesloft is built for larger teams with cadences and forecasting; Apollo gives a small team most of the outreach for no cost.
