Verdict:Leave Trustpilot if the Starter price of $99 a month per domain, billed annually, is hard to justify, or if most of your customers find you through Google or your own store. Its free plan, with 50 review invitations a month, is the real baseline to beat. For a local business, Google Business Profile costs nothing and puts reviews where people compare options, though you give up the Trustpilot badge shoppers recognise. For an online store, Judge.me's free plan has unlimited review requests and a widget, but those are product reviews, not a profile of the company. Trustindex solves a different problem: it displays reviews you already have from other platforms, and the free WordPress plugin limits each widget to 10 reviews. GatherUp lists $99 a month per location, so it only saves money if you run one place and want extra feedback tools. Birdeye showed no price, which is itself a signal to ask early. The trade-off is independence. Trustpilot is a neutral third-party site visitors may trust more than reviews on your own page. If that trust drives sales, stay. If you mainly need review volume and display, start with the free options.

Trustpilot's paid plans are priced per domain, billed annually on a prepaid 12-month commitment. Starter is $99 a month for 1 domain, 100 review invitations a month and 1 user, and it is limited to new small businesses under $5M revenue. Plus is $319 for up to 3 domains and 300 invitations, and Premium is $799 for 1,000 invitations. Premium and Enterprise domains are priced separately, and Enterprise is quoted from traffic and revenue. The free plan allows 50 invitations a month. Shops with many domains or locations feel the per-domain pricing most.
