Verdict:Frame.io's free plan covers 2 members, 2 projects and 2 GB of storage, and Pro is $15 per member per month for up to 5 members with 2 TB of storage. Teams usually look elsewhere when the member cap, storage or Adobe pricing becomes an issue. The honest answer is that no free tool here copies Frame.io's frame-accurate review exactly. Vimeo is the closest on features: its video review, with time-stamped comments, review links for guests and version history, starts at the Starter plan at $13 a month billed annually, and its free plan does not list review. Dropbox Replay can be used on Basic with limited features, and the full add-on is $10 per user a month billed annually. Wistia's free plan is good for hosting and sharing but the pricing page does not confirm comments. Google Drive and Nextcloud are storage and sharing tools, so use them for delivering files rather than sign-off. Loom handles quick spoken feedback on short recordings. The trade-off is review precision. If clients need to comment on exact frames and approve versions, you will probably pay for Vimeo or Dropbox Replay. If you only need to hand over finished files, a free storage plan is enough.
