Verdict:Deel's list prices are $49 per contractor a month, $325 for Contractor of Record, $125 for a US PEO and $599 for employer of record, and no free plan is listed. The right alternative depends on which of those you actually use. If you employ people abroad, you need another EOR: Remote lists the same $599 starting price, Oyster $699, and Multiplier from $459 on annual terms, so the saving is a few hundred dollars per person and has to be weighed against onboarding speed, country coverage and support. Rippling is the option if you want one system for HR, payroll and devices, but its global pricing is by quote. If you only pay contractors, the picture changes. Payoneer, Wise and Mercury can send money for little or nothing a month, but they do not issue contracts, collect tax forms, classify workers or act as the legal employer, so those tasks move to you or your adviser. That gap is the real trade-off, and it matters more than the monthly fee. Before moving, list how many contractors and employees you pay, in which countries, and which of Deel's services you use. Contractor fees add up per head, so a ten-contractor team is paying $490 a month on Deel's list price, which is the figure to compare against any quote.
